Assessment

Each team member completes the MBTI assessment online. It takes about 20 minutes. The questions are straightforward, and there are no wrong answers.

Individual Feedback

I meet with each person one-on-one to go over their results. This is where people have "aha" moments about why they work the way they do.

Team Workshop

We bring the team together for a workshop where everyone shares their type and learns how to work with each other's preferences. This is where the real breakthroughs happen.

Follow-Up

I check in with you after the training to see how things are going and answer any questions. The goal is to make sure the insights stick.

How long does the training take?

It depends on the size of your team and what you need. A typical engagement includes a discovery call, the assessment (20 minutes per person), individual feedback sessions (30 minutes each), and a team workshop (2-4 hours). Total time is usually 1-2 weeks from start to finish.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your team and the scope of the training. Let's talk about what you need, and I'll give you a clear quote. No surprises.

Do we all have to be in the same room?

No. I can do the training in person or virtually. Both work well. The key is making sure everyone can participate and engage.

Is this just for big teams?

No. I've worked with teams as small as 5 and as large as 50. The training scales to fit your group.

What if we've done MBTI before?

Great! We can build on what you already know. I can also re-administer the assessment if people want updated results.

Will this really make a difference?

Can we use this for hiring?

No. The MBTI is designed for development, not selection. It's not appropriate for hiring decisions, and I won't use it that way.
